At SOUL FUEL we have 10 different group class styles to meet all of your movement and fitness needs. On weekends we offer special workshops (i.e. Pound drum fit, Nidra Yoga, Burlesque, Hip-hop etc.) to provide even more variety and learning opportunities. We also have our SPECIAL SESSIONS, which is Small Group Training that runs for 4 or 6 consecutive weeks.

Our instructors will give modifications for every exercise, so that you can adjust to where you’re at on any given day. Our baseline: You should be able to smile and laugh at any point in your workout! If things get too serious, pull it back.

  • FUEL classes are generally higher impact and have the option to add plyometric movement.
  • SOUL classes are generally slower and lower impact, but may still be very challenging.

Level 1

Easy breezy, all levels.

Level 2

No impact (i.e. jumping). But options to go easier or harder.

Level 3
More challenging, but options + modifications given for all exercises.
Level 4

Most challenging, instructor will cater to the room, but not designed for the novice.
