FAQ


Is there parking near the studio? Yes, there is plenty of free street parking in the evening after 6pm. There are also Green P lots off both ends of Bloor Street. There is no parking on the south side of Bloor Street from 7-9am and both sides of Bloor Street from 4-6pm.

What is the closest TTC station? We are a 3 minute walk from Dundas West TTC station.

What should I wear to class? Workout wear you can move in. Runners/Sneakers/Trainers should be worn in all fitness classes. Pilates, Yoga and Barre are bare-foot. Please bring indoor shoes (i.e. different shoes than the ones you wore on the way), so that we can keep the studio as clean and beautiful for you as possible.

Where can I store my belongings? We have storage cubbies and small per-use lockers. You can leave your locker open, bring a lock or we have a limited number of locks available to rent.

Do I need to bring a mat? No, we provide mats at no cost. If you prefer to use your own mat, by all means bring it along! Unfortunately, we don’t have anywhere for you to store it at the studio.

Is there towel service? Yes, we offer small workout towels and bath towels for post-workout showers.

What other amenities are provided? We have 100% organic eco-friendly products for your enjoyment. Shampoo, conditioning, body wash and body lotion. There are also hair dryers, curlers and flat irons and plenty of mirror and vanity space.

Is there food and drink I can buy? We sell protein bars, organic juices and Kombucha. We offer free coffee and tea before noon at our ‘Good Will Fuel Station’, where you can make a donation to our monthly local charity.

Can anyone come to the studio? YES. We are designed to accommodate women, men and anyone who identifies otherwise. Our washrooms are downstairs and we are working on raising money for an accessible main floor washroom #goals.
